Block's Monster Fiesta Proves Fast in Sno*Drift
Monster World Rally Team driver Ken Block and his newly formed Monster World Rally Team debuted their Ford Fiesta Rally America program at Sno*Drift in Atlanta, Mich., last weekend, and won the first stage in his initial outing in the car. But Block's new 2011 Ford Fiesta - based on the race-winning European Rallycross Fiesta prepared by Olsbergs Motorsports Evolution - ran into suspension problems that parked him. Days later, we still can't stop watching video of his 100-plus mph bursts along the frozen tundra of Northern Michigan …

Boss 302 Name Makes its Return to Racing
History was made at the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge season opener at Daytona International Speedway as Ford's famed Boss 302 name made its return to professional road racing. Ford Racing's all-new Boss 302R made its competition debut, and was the talk of the town. Three Mustangs finished the Fresh From Florida 200 in the top-10, led by Bret Seafuse and James Gue, who navigated their JBS Motorsports No. 37 Mustang Boss 302R to a fourth-place finish, despite an early penalty.

It's Opening Ceremonies for WRC as Block Sets 3-year Deal
The FIA officially kicked off this year's World Rally Championship season with a drivers meeting and class of 2010 photo in Paris. But behind the scenes comes word that American rally star Ken Block and his Monster World Rally Team have inked a three-year commitment to the WRC. Block, who will drive an M-Sport-built Ford Focus RS in seven rounds of the race series, says "Competing in the WRC has been a dream since I was a little kid."

Rolex 24 at Daytona Not Kind to Ford Teams
If it weren't for bad luck, the Ford teams running in the 48th Rolex 24 At Daytona wouldn't have had any luck at all. Despite having three Ford-powered Daytona Prototypes at the front of the grid - led by the No. 10 SunTrust Ford-Dallara of Max Angelelli, Ricky Taylor, Wayne Taylor and Pedro Lamy - only two Ford teams finished in the top-5. Krohn Racing's No. 75 Ford-Lola took fourth, while Michael Shank Racing's No. 60 Crown Royal Ford-Riley scored fifth.
