Enjoy a Symphony of Flavor Before the Show
When looking at this year’s San Antonio Symphony schedule it is quite clear that this isn’t your grandfather’s symphony.

This season has it’s masterpieces. Beethoven, Brahms and Chopin will bring joy to fans looking for the works that made them fall in love with the symphony in the first place.

Along with the classics, you may be surprised to find a more quirky side of the symphony. One that welcomes Phantoms from broadway, a night devoted to Star Wars, E.T. & Harry Potter and another with movie clips with original dialogue while the San Antonio Symphony provides the soundtrack.

Actually, this season is a lot like our menu. Classic techniques combined with new, exciting twists that will command your attention. It only seems fitting that you pay us a visit before the curtain opens. Our 3 Course Pre-Show menu is only $37 and is designed to get you to the show on time.

Baby iceberg lettuce, apple smoked bacon, pickled onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, Amish blue cheese dressing
Vegetable strips, crunchies, shiitake, Thai inspired sesame and ginger dressing
 Second Course, choice of:
Beef tenderloin, expensive mushrooms, asparagus, cream cheese and chive mashers, steak sauce, béarnaise
Rosemary peach glazed salmon charred Meyer lemon crème fraiche mashers, English peas, hazelnut romesco
Third Course, choice of:
Sticky Toffee Pudding with English custard
Debra’s gingerbread, brown sugar poached pears, crème anglaise, pistachio meringue crunch

And if parking is a concern for you, we have a suggestion.  Valet your car at Biga for $9 when you come in for dinner.  After dinner take the short walk (about 10 minutes) to the Majestic Theater and pick your car up after the show.

If you are one of those perpetually late people and run out of time before the concert to eat dinner, we’ll be happy to see you after the show.  Biga is open until 11pm.
